The Business Man | Melodic Techno DJ Mix

The Business Man is a thirty-minute melodic techno DJ set built around six tracks, published in February 2024. It opens with Maceo Plex and Faithless and their 2021 take on Insomnia, a long introduction that sets the tone: patient, hypnotic, driven more by tension than by impact. Dimi Mechero's Looking for Space keeps that momentum, widening the space between the kick and the melody.

The middle section is where the set gains altitude. The BEBO & Goda Brother remix of Kilimanjaro pushes the groove forward before Tinlicker's Perfect Mistake arrives at the halfway mark, bringing the most emotional moment of the mix with its layered synths and slow-building arrangement. It is the peak of the journey, but a restrained one, shaped to keep the energy flowing rather than break it.

From there the set begins its descent. ARTY featuring Cimo Fr

inkel, in the Sultan + Shepard Echoes Of Life Extended Remix of Daydreams, softens the edges and lets the vocal carry the last stretch of the mix. Everything then resolves with Andrewboy's Flying, a closing track that lifts the final minutes and lets the set drift out rather than stop.
