Terms & Conditions — DJ Booking

Service limited to the 06 (Alpes-Maritimes) and 83 (Var) départements.

1. Purpose

These terms govern any DJ set / artistic performance by Damian William booked through this website. A booking request is free and non-binding; it does not constitute a confirmation.

2. Service area

Performances are offered in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) and Var (83) départements. Any date outside this area is considered case by case.

3. Hourly rate & set duration

The fee is calculated at the mixing hourly rate: hourly rate × number of set hours (e.g. 3h = hourly rate × 3). The duration is the agreed time slot stated in the request (start time → end time); the artist plays the booked slot. Any break or additional hour is to be agreed in advance and billed at the same hourly rate.

4. Travel included (06 & 83)

For any performance in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) and Var (83) départements, the artist's transport and travel are INCLUDED in the fee: no additional travel charge applies in these two départements. Outside 06·83, round-trip travel and accommodation are covered by the organiser.

5. Equipment — none provided by the artist

The artist (DJ) brings NO equipment: no sound system, no lighting, no staging, no turntables / mixer / DJ booth, no power supply. The entire technical setup (sound, lighting, rider-compliant DJ booth) is provided and paid for by the organiser. Indicative rider: 2× CDJ-3000, DJM-900NXS2 or V10 mixer, booth monitors, stable power.

6. Booking & full payment

The fee is paid in full (100%) online at the time of booking, via a secure payment link (Stripe). No payment is due on the day of the event. The date is definitively confirmed once the full payment is received.

7. Nature of the service — artistic DJ set

Damian William's service is an artistic DJ set (mixing and artistic performance). It DOES NOT INCLUDE any commercial host/MC DJ service: no microphone hosting, no announcements, no song requests or Ă -la-carte playlists, nor any other hosting activity. Only Damian William's mixing and artistic performance are provided as part of his DJ set.

8. Strict adherence to the schedule

The booked schedule must be strictly respected — neither an hour earlier nor an hour later. In the event of a delay attributable to the organiser or the event, no guarantee is given as to maintaining the booked performance time: the slot is not necessarily made up or extended.

9. Handover between DJs

The handover between each DJ must be perfectly respected, to the exact minute.

10. Welcome and on-site support

The organiser undertakes to welcome and guide Damian William from the moment he arrives at the event venue, and to ensure his support throughout the entire performance, until it ends. On-site support must be perfectly ensured. The artist must not be asked to do anything outside the scope of this agreement.

11. Cancellation

As the fee is paid in full at booking: if the client cancels within 30 days of the date, the fee is retained and non-refundable. For a cancellation more than 30 days before the date, the fee is refunded. A cancellation by the artist (except force majeure) results in a full refund of the fee.

12. Referral & promo codes

A reduced rate may apply through a valid referral link. The referrer earns a reward ONLY if the event is confirmed and paid; this reward is taken from the margin and affects neither the performance nor the artist's floor rate. A valid promo or referral code applies at payment time, one code per transaction, non-cumulative, within its usage limit.

13. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for a failure caused by force majeure (illness, accident, weather, administrative decision, transport strike, etc.). The parties will seek a rescheduled date in good faith.

14. Personal data (GDPR)

Information submitted via the form is used solely to process the booking request and is never shared with third parties. You may request access or deletion via the contact page.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the artist's place of residence.
