The VIP circle
Joining the VIP circle is free and carries no obligation. In exchange for your email address you receive a track to download, plus release and live announcements. No purchase is requested and no payment details are collected.
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and permanently.
Automated replies on Instagram and Facebook
Some messages sent from the Damian William Instagram and Facebook accounts are automated. Here is exactly when, so there is no surprise:
- If you comment an announced keyword under a post, you receive one direct message containing the link to the free track.
- If you write to one of these accounts for the first time, you receive one welcome reply.
- Once per person. The system keeps track of who has already been answered and never sends it again.
- You can stop this at any time: reply STOP, or block the account from Instagram. No further automated message will be sent.
These replies do not replace a conversation: a message written by a human is read by a human.
The music
The tracks offered for download are made available for your personal listening. They remain the property of their author and rights holders. Any commercial reuse, published remix or synchronisation use requires written permission: write to [email protected].
Acceptable use
You are asked not to attempt to reach the private parts of the service, not to use it to send unlawful or hateful content, and not to automate interactions in order to flood it. An account doing so would be blocked.
Liability
The service is provided as is. It may be interrupted for maintenance, or changed. The publisher cannot be held liable for a temporary unavailability, or for the use you make of downloaded content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. Regarding your personal data, see the privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
