The social breakthrough
Social platforms have become a lever in Damian William’s career. Here are the numbers, as they are collected every day — broken down, explained, untouched.

Understanding each metric
A number you cannot read is not evidence. Here is what each one measures — and what it does not.
- Total audience
- The sum of followers across every account: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and SoundCloud. It is the size of the public who chose to follow — not everyone reached once.
- Views
- How many times a video, reel or set was watched during the period, as each platform defines it. On SoundCloud these are plays. The same viewer watching twice counts twice: this is reach, not audience.
- New followers
- The NET balance: joins minus leaves, wherever the platform reports both (YouTube, Instagram). Facebook and SoundCloud: the counter difference between two days. TikTok only exposes followers gained over a rolling 28 days — so it only appears in the “30 days” window. A negative number is shown as is.
- Likes
- Likes received during the period. TikTok: day-to-day difference of its 28-day counter.
- Accounts reached
- Instagram only: the number of distinct accounts that saw at least one piece of content. Unlike views, a person counts once per day.
- Hours watched
- YouTube only: total time spent watching videos and sets. The hardest number to inflate — nobody stays an hour on a set they don’t like.
- Since the account opened
- The platform’s own counter, from day one: YouTube and SoundCloud keep it; for TikTok it is the sum over the videos we track. Instagram and Facebook do not provide it — we do not make it up.
- Days measured
- Each card states how many days of the period were actually recorded. YouTube Analytics delivers its numbers two to three days late; TikTok and SoundCloud have been tracked daily since September and August 2026. A day not recorded does not count as zero: it is missing, and the card says so.
Method & transparency
- —Numbers are collected every day, automatically, straight from each platform (YouTube Analytics, Instagram and Facebook insights, TikTok, SoundCloud, Deezer). Nobody types them in — except the TikTok follower count, which the platform does not expose, and whose reading date is shown.
- —A period is the sum of the days it contains. Nothing is extrapolated: if a source is younger than the requested period, its card says “since …” and the total only counts what was measured.
- —TikTok and Facebook views are counted video by video, on a constant scope: the day-to-day difference for each video present on both days. An old video that reappears in the reading does not count on the day it comes back.
- —The YouTube subscriber count shown is the public counter, which YouTube rounds (12,100 for months). Gains are exact: they come from Analytics, joins and leaves kept apart.
- —Latest reading included: 22 October 2026. The page updates itself.
