Deleting your data
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This page explains how to have whatever we hold about you erased. There is no form to fill in and no account to create: one email is enough.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with “Data deletion” as the subject. Say what concerns you: your email address if you joined the VIP circle, or your Instagram or Facebook username if you received an automated message.
An answer within 30 days at most, in practice within 72 hours. You receive written confirmation once the erasure is done.
What gets erased
- Your email address and the whole sending history attached to it.
- The identifier kept so as not to answer you twice on Instagram or Facebook, if one exists.
- Every trace of you in the tool’s activity logs.
Erasure is permanent: this data is not archived elsewhere, and there is no recycle bin.
What you can do yourself, right now
- Unsubscribe from the emails: the link is at the bottom of every message you receive. One click, immediate.
- Stop the automated messages: reply STOP in the Instagram conversation, or block the account.
- Remove the application’s access from your Facebook settings, if you had granted it any.
If the answer does not satisfy you
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority. The detail of what is collected and why is in the privacy policy.
